Welcome to My Link. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and us governing the use of our App and our Services.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our App and Services.
• We may update these Terms periodically and will notify users accordingly.
• If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse or suspend your access to My Link at any time.
• Remove or edit content, including user submissions.
• Change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the App or its Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use My Link.
• All activities on your account are your responsibility, whether authorized or not.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time. Violations of these Terms or misuse of our platform may result in legal action.
Access to premium features requires payment through our Payment Providers:
Google and Apple.
• Failure to pay may lead to service suspension.
• Prices may change with prior notice.
• Taxes may apply depending on location.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• All sales are final.
• Technical issues: Contact us within 7 days with evidence.
• EU users: Eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law.
You agree to indemnify and hold My Link harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved via binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
• No class action is permitted.
• All disputes must be arbitrated individually.
Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding related to these Terms.
My Link may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without affecting your legal protections.
These Terms do not create any joint venture, partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and My Link.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
