This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you")
and MY LINK LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the MY LINK APP mobile
and/or web application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, MY LINK LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App provides dating-related features including:
• Creation and customization of user profiles
• Connect & Chat (video or text-based chatting with other users)
• Link Live matrimonial events with others
• Direct messaging (text, images, and video exchange)
• Global and location-based matchmaking
These services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Upload, share, or transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, obscene, sexually explicit
(non-consensual), defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use bots, automation, or scripts to interact with the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
MY LINK LTD reserves the right to monitor, moderate, or remove content and suspend or terminate
users who violate these terms.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, software, and design, are owned by MY LINK LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
While MY LINK APP is available internationally, we do not guarantee that the App complies with laws outside the United Kingdom. You are responsible for complying with local laws when accessing the App outside the UK.
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. Payments and refunds are handled by the platform provider and are subject to the applicable app store terms and conditions.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at
any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement.
Upon termination, your license will be automatically revoked, and you must stop all use of the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-
infringement.
MY LINK LTD does not guarantee any specific outcomes (e.g., matches, dates, or relationships)
through use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MY LINK LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
We may update or modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via the App or other communication methods. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
